Shipping Policy
All standard packages are shipped USPS, UPS or FedEX (at the discretion of the company). Some products require additional time and/or charges, please see item descriptions for detail. Additional processing fees may apply and are subject to change without notice. Most products will arrive within 15 business days of receipt of the order. In the unlikely event that one or more of your items is back-ordered, the bulk of your order will arrive within 15 business days of receipt of the order (and the rest of the items will follow as soon as they are available).
Custom products may require a longer delivery date than the estimated date provided at checkout and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. As this is an estimate only, Cool School Studios cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date.
International Orders: All orders shipped outside of the U.S. (except APO and FPO addresses) must pay with a VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card. Please contact us for shipping and processing fees.
Return Policy
Upon receiving your products, please unpack with care making sure no damage is done to the packaging or merchandise. All products and packaging must be in new condition and may not be returned or exchanged used, worn or altered in anyway. Product requests for returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date the product was shipped. Please make sure all return/exchange processes are done promptly so we are able to work on your replacement product or refund in a timely manner.
A "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number must be obtained from Cool School Studios – customer Serivce Department before returning any products. Returns/exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping costs from the original orders are non-refundable. The original shipping costs will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any return shipping.

At Cool School Studios we accept the following forms of payment:
Credit / Debit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover
Credit cards must be issued and have a verifiable billing address in the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico. Credit cards issued outside of the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico will not be processed. To ensure your protection and deter fraudulent activity, all orders must pass through our verification process. To help minimize delays please review the following prior to order checkout: The billing name, address and zip code used must match what your credit card company has on file for you.
PayPal - Shop and pay online using your available PayPal balance, bank account or credit card. For more information click here. Orders placed using PayPal's eCheck service will be held for a minimum of 3-5 business days or until PayPal notifies GradShop funds have cleared your bank.
Line of Credit – Credit may be established for schools, institutions and businesses by filling out our Credit Application Form found on the forms page and submitting by email or print and fax to 1-402-779-3315.
Purchase Orders – Cool School Studios accepts purchase orders from schools, and accredited institutions. Be sure to include:
- Complete billing and shipping information (person's name and valid purchase order form in order to ship).
